Opticom/zpdi ripoff charged 48.39 for 8 min. collect call Rapid City South Dakota
My son made a collect call from Rapid City to Brunswick, Ohio and we were billed 44.19 plus taxes to total 48.39. Tried to get a reasonable credit and they would only give 17.67. This is totally unacceptable.

ZPDI - OPTICOM ripoff ON COLLECT CALLS, RECEIVED PHONE BILL FROM SBC WITH 2 CALLS TOTALING 45.57 Nationwide
I received my sbc phone bill, with 2 collect calls totaling 45.57 each call was 4 minutes long and no one at our home accepted them. What a joke. I live in california and I need help to find out what I can do so my phone won't be disconnected.

ZPDI - Opticom ripoff used my Internet line for $120.39 worth of calls to Sweden Internet
