Today I contacted Reservation Rewards to immediately discontinue my membership AND to provide documentation on how and when I authorized payment of $12 a month. I'm awaiting a response.

Reservation Rewards, Webloyalty.com,Inc. Whenpurchasing a photo book through Shutterfly.com, their offer popped up while I was trying to pay for my transaction. I thought it was a coupon, I had no idea I signed up for anything. They have been debiting my AMEX every month for $10.
