RICHARD J. LOSCALZO - ALLSTARCARDS RIPPED ME OFF A SET OF 1974 BASEBALL CARDS DID NOT SEND FROM E-BAY ripoff LOS ANGELES California
I won a 1974 baseball set from him. He refused to send it even faxed a copy of money order receipt. Still would not send. Also would not send back my 127.02 that I sent him. Kept money and product. Has done this too 4 other people also.
