Rick's Custom Processing Rick Hall Spoiled the meat I dropped off for processing and didn't offer restitution Collinsville Oklahoma
Back in Dec of 2007 I brought an elk to Rick's for processing. As part of the deal, he was to make Italian Hot Sausage with 30 lbs of ground from the animal. When I went to pick it up, several weeks later, he indicated that the meat went bad. Apparently, they had left it out too lon...

Rick's Custom Processing Rick Hall Does not honor his word and do what he says he'll do. Collinsville, Oklahoma
After having a side of beef processed at Rick's, it appeared that we did not receive all of the meat that we should have. After talking to Rick a few different times, he admitted that my take home weight did seem a little low, and told me he would give me another 30-40 lbs of hambur...
