United LBS insurance sold me mortgage insurance Austin texas
started charging me monthly while never providing me with a copy of policy. I have contacted the Lady who sold me the policy and she said a policy would be sent to me.But I have still not received oneI need to speak to someone at UnitedLBS insurance

Came to my house bought mortgage insurance. They left and told me that I would recieve a phone call to tell me if my claim had been accepted. Never recieved a
phone call and the next month they took money out of my account but I never recieved any paperwork saying anything.

United lbs Insurance Took money out my account for home protection for a year. No policy and no way to contact them. They were taken $37.98 dollars out a month. From April 2017 ti May 2018. I need my money back.
They have been taken money out my account for Home Insurance since April 2017 to May 2018. Never receive a policy in the insurance. I need my money back.

United/LBS Insurance Group LBS Insurance Group They do not provide me with a copy of the life insurance policy I purchase over a year ago to cover my wife's death expenses. They are charging my bank account in Florida every month for a year or longer. Ashland Wisconsin
Several months ago, I called the headquarters listed on this report to request a copy of the policy and they have not responded.

United/LBS Insurance Mutual of Omaha Salesman came and sold me a policy.Never received policy.Now I sold house, still billed Nationwide
Salesman came to my door and sold me a mortgage insurance policy in 2008 when I bought my house. I never received policy. I have sold my house now and am still being billed.
I have notified Mutual of Omaha multiple times and have never received a response
