Salesman came to my door and sold me a mortgage insurance policy in 2008 when I bought my house.  I never received policy.  I have sold my house now and am still being billed.

I have notified Mutual of Omaha multiple times and have never received a response

You have to provide a copy of the settlement statement to the insurance company showing your home was sold and request cancellation as of the sale date. If that doesn't work, provide your proof that you made proper notification to your insurance commissioner to have them step in and help you get the billing stopped.
