I cannot download. When I start 360Share Pro and click on search, it keeps telling me 360Share Pro is currently connecting to network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network. In fact it displays NO results....

I pruchased 360Share Pro from internet, then took my money from my credit card and now when I try to download anything from the service they were supposed to offer, I get nothing. I cannot reach them, nothing. My e-mail gets returned.
