I ordered 1 Bender Ball, they sent me 2 boxes taped together. It was 1 pkg and I was charged 2 shipping charges. They did not refund me the shipping charges.

This product is just a childs ball that they are charging 12.98 for. I did not realize that I would be sent product every month.
When my account was billed for another $26 I imediately called to complain. I was assured that my money would be refunded once the product being sent...
