YES I RECIEVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL AND KNEW IT WAS A RIPOFF AS SOON AS I SEEN IT. THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO TELL THE PUBLIC. MOST LOTTERYS WANT YOU TO TELL EVERYONE. JUST BEWARE OF THIS KIND OF RIPOFFS
