YES I RECIEVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL AND KNEW IT WAS A RIPOFF AS SOON AS I SEEN IT. THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO TELL THE PUBLIC. MOST LOTTERYS WANT YOU TO TELL EVERYONE. JUST BEWARE OF THIS KIND OF RIPOFFS

I too received a letter stating that I had won in the british lottery. A check for 2785.00 was enclosed for the international clearance fees. The check was drawn on chase bank out of new york which I happen to use this bank here in texas. I took the check and letter to the bank and showed it to the manager, she immediately told me that it was a fraud and they would send it to their fraud department. Something needs to be done to stop these people from doing this. I really could have used the money but something just told me that it was not legitimate.
