Capital Funding Programs A Complete and Total Rip-off Orchard Park New York
I sent these guys a check for $419 as a supposed underwriting fee for a goverment small business grant. I was told to get a budget together and submit it back. Next thing I know, their phones are all disconnected. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
