I was sent this a letter telling me that i have been awarded 9.000 ples a dimond necklace and in order for me to claim this award i need to send 19.95 as Urgent to Sandy Peters, at capitoll one distribution group in canada. I have tgo admit, this did not come across as a scam AT ALL...
