City Of Eugene Building Department Mark Whitmill approved and revised residential building plans at 255 Baxter Street, Eugene, OR 97402 without calling for engineered roof changes. All inspections passed, then reversed, then passed retroactively 2 Eugene, Oregon
October 10, 2008, the home at 255 Baxter Street burned in an accidental total loss fire.
April of 2009, Plans were approved for construction of a new home. Plans were approved by engineers, and included a set of engineered truss plans for the roof, as required.
