CPO Commerce America's Leading Online Tool Retailer Sold a defective tool as though it worked. Pasadena California
SI bought the tool from CPO through amazon.com, when it arrived it was broken.... they charged me shipping, and restocking fee to return the broken item.... Absolutly unconsionable!
