I purchased valvoline synthetic oil from checker auto using the advertised rebate. I sent in all the formal rebate forms with endorsement by checker for the $18 refund. That was three and 1/2 months ago (Sept. 15,2008) and have yet to receive my rebate. I believe this was a bait ...
