Csmarkets-consumersolutions received inoperable cell phone, they have accused me of tampering with equipment Ripoff Internet
I received an audiovox 6700 verizon pda windows cell phone xv6700 nr. When I tried to activate the phone through verizon wireless the phone would not dial out. I contacted starcom (maker of phone) they said the phone portion of the pda was not installed.
