I purchased a computer system and accessories in Nov 2007. This came with several mail in rebates. 3 of the 5 rebates were paid with no issues. Norton anti-virus tried to avoid paying by claiming I didn't send it the right information. After calling them, they paid as well.

Sent rebate forms (exactly the same, at the same time) to 2 companies - D-link and Office Depot for a D-link wireless PCI card. Office Depot send the rebate right away. D-link sent a postcard saying no valid D-link product purchased. I sent them the credit card charge information...
