My Daughter died on June 3, 2012. She had a Directexpress card issued to her to deposit her children's Social Security money. They locked out the account and have been holding the money for 3 months with no end in sight.

Bank of America US DirectExpress, Master Card, SSI payments, Comerica Bank Would not give me my Mastercard when funds were available on it... Austin, Texas
My mastercard was stolen and I needed a replacement before the weekend. I called on the Wednesday before the weekend and Bank of America said it would cost $4, which was not on the card. They could not take money in any other way to begin the replacement procedure. ...
