HIDEF LABS charged me unathorized purchases of product under the disguise of marketing the introduction of product and only charging for the shipping. Deceptive and unlawful practices!!- Chatsworth, California
Under the disguise of chargin onlyfor the shipping of an introdcutory packete, they charged products to my credit card that i did not authorize. I will report them the California DA and to the BBB as well.

HIDEF LABS This company sent me skin care products I did not order and billed my credit card. So far, they have been unresponsive to phone calls. , Chatsworth California
This company sent me products that I did not order. Unknown to me, my credit card was billed. This happened two days ago and, thus far, no one at customer service has picked up the phone.

AG SKIN CARE HiDef Labs Sent face prodcuts NOT ordered and processed thru a credit card that we were told was cancelled. ,
These skin care products showed up on my doorstep--unordered by myself or anyone else in my household.
These were charged to a credit card that had been cancelled previous to the order date on the invoice.
Customer service does NOT answer--or better yet--continues to hang up on me...
