Nature's Acai.com unauthorized debit charge West Palm Beach Florida
I order a free trial of Acai Berry, I never received my trial order, but they did charge my debit card with $79.96. My bank (Bank Of America) says as soon as they acually take the money out of my account, I can file a claim.
The bank says they are seeing a lot of this from this...

I ordered the free trial of Acai-Berry on Jan 30, 2009.
I was charged for shipping on that date.
I never received the trial shipment.I was charged $79.96 because I negated the 15 day return guarantee.I never received the product so how can my 15 day be in effect?
