The Pantai Inn boost itself for being an upscale hotel but, its staff and GM are not!
This place does not believe in inclusiveness. I thought I was back in the 70's when dealing with both Hazel, the GM and Paula, the Sales Director, they both seem out to lunch and not helpf...
