RCA Thomson INC Like others,I should have checked out the product on line for complaints,before buying.I didn't have the Rca television 6 months,called cable co make sure wasnt the problem,it was the TV itself called company,they wanted 137.00$ just to exchange they send letter with fed paper with mark send backonce received¬ damaged we'll send exchange0$ not mentioned Now they want to send back not fixed Marietta Georgia

Rca/thomson Inc PURCHASE A RCA SCENIUM 50 DLP (HD50LPW175) IN JULY 2006 PAID 1500 FOR TV. BACK IN OCTOBER 2007 BALLAST WENT OUT, REPLACED$400.00 TO GET FIXED. IN NOVEMBER 2007 OPTICAL ASSMBLY WENT OUT.$1000 TO FIX. CALLED RCA/THOMSON 5 TO 6 TIMES COULD NOT GET ANY RESPONSE AS MAYBE THE COULD REPAIR OR REPLACE MY TV. TV REP TOLD ME THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.
