Rockford Towing ,Smitty's Towing On 5/14/09 I drove from Chicago, IL to visit my sister, who lived in a HUD public housing facility. I parked iin a place where I thought was unmarked for tenants. In a matter of minutes the car had been towed away. Rockford Illinois
