He misrepresents the size (acreage) of land and then does what he can to avoid paying you back. Dublin Georgia
I began leasing a certain property in Laurens County, Georgia from Timberland Resource Services in 2007 for recreational and hunting purposes. At that time, and up until 2013, this company, and its owner Russ Falk, misrepresented the land (unknown to me) as being 100 acres in size...
