XYZ Capitol Associates is a scam - do not buy into it. I found them on craigslist gave them a call and had a 'meeting' over the phone with one of the VP's. It's a complete and total scam they sell you a great story and at the end ask for a $1,500 deposit. I asked if I could pay this...
