Harvey Garte Mortgage Company Garte Mortgage Company, Inc. Out of Business and did not have the ethics to let me know Santa Ana, California
I paid $3,100 to Harvey Garte's company for a loan modification on November 19, 2010. Throughout this time nothing has been accomplished.
I just found out today February 7,2012, by google,that he has closed his business and there is no refunds and no loan modification....
