Wade Oxley of Howard Appliance Experts LLC Peekskill Appliance Repair I called Peekskill Appliance Repair on June 16 because my refrigerator was not cooling. A person named Wade Oxley who claimed to work for Howard Appliance Repair came and diagnosed the problem, then attempted to repair the refrigerator. He charged me $287. The next day, the unit was still not working properly. He came out again and said I would need a new thermostat, and asked for another $166 to order the part, which I gave him because he seemed friendly and genuine (stupid of me in retrospect but I was preparing to move and needed it fixed!).
