Steven Flores S&S Painting scam, theft, criminal, fraud Sarasota Florida
We hired Steven Flores on July 29, 2014 for exterior painting services of our home. The initial estimate was $1200, so to secure the contract we paid him with a cashier's check in the amount of $640. We then scheduled the work to take place on August 8 & 9, 2014.
