Theresa Melton Fraudulent CPR instructor! Frankston Texas
Theresa Melton contacts businesses that are in need of CPR/First Aid classes for their employees. She takes their money and does not offer them certification cards. She has taken the money and disappeared with many small mom and pop businesses.
She is a scam and a fraud!
