Tim Bryant Owner Of On Tour Entertainment Inc Tim Bryant advertise on Craigslist, Myspace and other websites seeking cash investors for his company On Tour Entertainment Inc. to help fund their many concerts and events. He offered to pay investors 100% principle and 100% interest for short term loans payable in 30 to 45 days. Investors were supposed to be paid within 10 days after concerts. They make lots od excuses & don't sent money. Davenport Florida
