ACI CONSTRUCTION, ALAN FAILS ACI JUST MOVED TO A NEW HIDDEN OFFICE OFF OF ALDINE WESTFIELD IN A MATERIAL VENDORS OFFICE. NO ADDRE hires cheapest subcontractors he can find off of craigslist, still beats them on price and then seriously delays making any payments to his subs in any timely manner.. Alan has very little construction experiance, was a car salesman before getting into construction.
