Harbinger Construction Company Bill P Davis, Shawn Gill and/or Dwight Davis Harbinger Construction took my insurance money and then didn't pay their subs. Now I get all of the leins Sugar Hill Georgia
I hired Bill Davis / William P Davis / Harbinger Construction in Georgia to rebuild/repair my familys home after a devastating fire. I paid him tens of thousands of dollars against work completed (by subcontractors). Instead of paying the subcontractors, however, the insurance money vanished. Soon Bill vanished too. Old fashioned contractor fraud. Anyone who hears from him or works for him should assume his only goal is to rip you off. My family survived the fire but now I have property liens on the house and the damage to my credit caused me to be denied employment from Equifax. Bill and Shawn presented themselves as good christians who wanted to help me out of a deep hole. Bill symbolically kicked me back in the hole and buried me financially. Shawn Gill at least expressed remorse. Bill on the other hand just promised to sort it and never did a thing apparently.
