Construction Deal.com contacted me a couple of years ago. They had a great sales pitch about how they would send me legitimate leads for my construction company. The few leads they sent me were not even related to what I do. Example one wanted a window lock part. Another said they had called Construction Deal.com and told them they were not ready to start the project, yet they we sent as a referral. The last so called referral was someone wanting construction material. Not ONE legitimate referral in all the time I have had an account with them. In their sales pitch they tell you if you get a bad lead you get (here's the catch a credit) if you follow their difficult to follow dispute form. If you don't follow everything just right you don't get a credit.
Now the ugly part after wasting my time calling back bad leads and getting tired of it I decided to cancel my account and asked for a refund. I was then told that I could not get a refund for the credits use for bad leads. I was told I would be sent an email telling me how much they had refunded. No email was sent, when I called they said they had credited my card for $106.00. My original amount was $300.00. That's $194.00 for BAD leads!!!!!!
