Circuit City sold me a scanner that has never worked not once.
I bought a H/P scanner from circuit City. I called them when it didn't work and then went down there. I was told I needed newer soft ware from H/P and it was ordered for me. It still didn't work.
I was told I was sent the wrong soft ware so I contacted H/P again and was sent new...
