I bought extended warranty from that piece of junk company and the agent who sold me on it won't respond back and they claim to sent me documentation already which I never receive it, and now that a** h(( won't return my call anymore been 2 weeks and this other idiot guy call n left me voicemail twice. I call back, f***** a** h** said he called me "like 7 times and I won't pick up and he didn't wanna flood my email so he left me two" what a f***** liar, they won't let me do any claim cuz they said I need to hit 30 Days before I can make claim and it's been 3 months, and they claim I must drive 1000s mile before making claim. He was being an rude f***** a** h**, I hung up n told
That f*** face that I'm not longer wanna be part of a trashy company. As he was talking his little craps, I hung up. I lost $1000 for nothing!!!!
I call and spoke to a few reps and they all were a** h**, most worsest customer service ever!!! They were the nicest piece of junks ever when they are trying to con you in. How the f*** do you get 30days money back when you cannot make any f***** claim before then? Don't bother this junk company. Their advertisement are FAKE!!!! testimonial are themself, and paid people to do it. I did some research and it's piece of fake junk a** people trying to con others. Stay away!!!!!
