AA AUTO PROTECTION Stole my money won't issue refund West Deptford, New Jersey
In March 2011 I purchased an extended warranty with AA Auto Protection. In April my car this was tied to was totalled by an irate driver that ran into it and totalled it along with 4 others in a parking lot of a Safeway grocery store. I called this company the next day. I asked for a refund on this policy. I paid them $380.60 I had this one month. I have called them 11 times, spoken to several employees. Sent them the Total loss statement they requested. They received it the end of April. They will not pay me my money due. They told me it would be here this week, they are not going to so I am suing them. I have already spoken to my attorney that is handling my case with the ins co for damages along with the fact he is a good attorney for me. So, if all of you others out there need to sue, go for it. This is awful!!!!
