I hired AQMS to perform a move for me and to store my items in 2021.
When I had AQMS move my furniture etc. to my house I discovered that they had damaged the hinge on my washing machine and had Tape on the Machine that can not be removed, dented my Dryer, smashed a glass shelf in my Curio Cabinet.
When I worked with Brandon Pieracci at AQMS he arranged to have the items looked at and the final outcome was he offered $150 for the Glass Shelf which cost $305 to fix, $90 for the damage to the Washing Machine and $75 for the damage to my Dryer. I was led to believe that my items would be 100% covered and found the unprofessionalism and poor customer service deplorable.

AQMS did send me an offer to reimburse me for damages done, however they required that I agree to Not Disclose my negative experiences with them. I returned the offer without signing the "NDA" as it did not sit well with me that they damage my property, claimed to insure my property, then not offer full restitution and what they did offer they felt I need to sign an "NDA" for them to partially pay for the damages they had done.
If moving, you definitely want to stay away from AQMS!!!!
