Airbnb Airbnb and Bnbify amazing views on Las Olas Ripped off our money when they promised to return it

We booked our trip in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale, FL. with Bnbify (aka Miami Executive Suites) on Airbnb. Our trip was scheduled for 7 days for $2700.00.
As required by law we got Covid tests. We tested positive. Shared the test results with Justin the host, and he said sorry no refund, but assured us we could use the dates another time. I thought it was a bit shady being that It was the law and not us that caused the cancellation. But we wanted to go another time.
So we booked again with Bnbify to make up for the trip we missed. About a week before our trip, we get a message from Justin Holloway the host, requesting us to move our dates. Our plane tickets were already bought, so we said we couldn't. Justin Holloway then texted us that he would give us a $500 credit. We paid $2700 and this guys wants to give us $500???
I texted back, the trip cost us $2700, give us back $2000 and we'll be done with it. Honestly, I really didn't want to deal with this clown anymore and was willing to take the loss. I get a text back Ok, the money will be in your account in 3-4 days.
Well after about 2 weeks and no money, I text Justin Holloway back and asked- "Where's the money"?and Justin Holloway says, "The other people cancelled , so I can't give you a refund". We NEVER agreed to that, We agreed the money would be in my account in 3-4 days. So in good faith I booked another hotel for our stay, because Justin Holloway requested us to cancel.
I never write complaints like this, BUT there are so many things wrong with this , i just had to. I never made a promise i couldn't keep. Justin Holloway does. BEWARE!!!!
BEWARE of BNBIFY, Miami Executive Suites and there ripoff con artist Justin Holloway.
