Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Scottsdale Az Refused to to the WE OWE YOU and service promised . Harassed my wife and I while at another dealer. Scottsdale Arizona
My wife had an appointment next door to this place at another dealer. We were early so we stopped at Airpark. After looking at some vehicles my wife wanted to see the one she originally drove up to Phoenix to see.
When we went next door, Airpark sent 3 salespersons over to literally harass us and the other car dealer. The car my wife wanted was right in front of her and that dealer wouldn't even work with us because of the Airpark salesmen.
Making fun of him, tellingbus what to do and not to do, we lost out on doing what my wife wanted and were now 2 hours away in Phoenix with only one shop to find a jeep, Airpark. They had we owe yous that are to be fulfilled within 30 days. They got some of them done after 90 only because I had to have the Better Business Bureau get involved.
They said if we get this all done will it satisfy the BBB complaint? I said yes if you finish doing all the promised repairs. Here we are 9 months later!! Still have not finished their part of the bargain. I wrote the BBB again last week, no response this time. So I got ripped off. This past weekend the jeep blew all its transmission gears while my family and I were in heavy traffic literally in the middle of nowhere.
So supposedly this certified pre owned vehicle almost killed me and my entire family and no one gave a crap. Fk these people.

You did an EXCELLENT job of describing your experience, even using the word HARRASMENT of YOUR WIFE!!! Then what happens? YOU REWARD THEM! We're you auditioning for the role of a doormat in some movie??? What else happens?
You GO ALONG completely with a PHONY, ADD-ON paperwork fee of $500! Do you even have the slightest backbone? They treated your wife like horse manure and YOU reward them! You don't even read the paperwork to discover this FAKE FEE. You simply go along with it. Then you bring up the BBB and all their BS.
They sure did help you, didn't they? THE BBB with all their PHONY BS is NOT part of ANY government body or law enforcement body. The BBB and all their BS has absolutely ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything.
The ONLY purpose of the BBB and their PHONY BS is to SELL their PHONY RATINGS and their PHONY ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which is wants to PAY THE PRICE and BUY them. Next time, learn how to WALK OUT. Don't be a doormat for ANY slimeball car dealer and GET A BACKBONE!

So this is what you want people to believe. That you were at a dealer and another dealer sent 3 salesmen over to "harass" you. Then that dealer you were at reacted to that by refusing to do business with you. But you then top it off by actually going to the dealer with the harassing salesman and buying a car from them because somehow you had no choice?
Sorry but if you are really this much of a pushover, I suggest you never leave your house again. But through all of this, you may have one valid complaint, but the BBB is NOT how you deal with it. They have ZERO legal power to do anything.
If the dealer failed to perform any of the "We Owe You" Items, you can take them to Court(probably a low enough value for Small Claims). Just the hint you will take them to court may get them to fix the remaining issues. In the meantime enjoy your new car.
