Alcoa Auto Center No title Louisville TN
I purchased a vehicle from this place Feb. 13. When the out of atate title was sent in for transfer, the county clerk sais it had been signed in the wrong place by the seller and returned it to the dealer. Brian at Alcoa Auto Center assured me that "this happens from time to time, no problem". That was almost a month ago. So far, all I have received is lies and excuses from Brian and the owner, Adam Darraj. Mr Darraj assured me that they were working with the dealer they purchased the car from to get it straightened out. When I called the dealer on March 10, they did knew nothing about the title at all, nor did they know of the problem. Mr Darraj has now blocked my email account and yesterday Brian told me "he did not know where my title was, he did not handle titles, and he was tired of dealing with me". He then hung up on me. I have contacted my attorney to handle this bunch of crooks.
