The ebay buyer bought a 300$ item in the mits of corona virus. we explained to her that we cannot ship the item for the moment and explained that ebay's customer service is temporarely shut down and to be patient for the refund. the buyer had already opened an ebay claim for a non receipt. shortly after maybe 1 day after she opened another case this time with paypal saying that she never authorized the payment.
we were able to refund her still even after the refund, the buyer claims she never received the refund and is asking for the item without payment. the buyer is a scam artist and left negative feedback on top of everything. sellers beware!!
