I just do not veleive that he took investors BTC when the price of 1 BTC = (btw $3 to $6k), made a s**t load of money as BTC wet to over $60k, and he doesn't have the decency to pay the investors their money back. Not just a theif but the greediest person in the planet on the top of that.

Now he moved out of Florida. Completely disappeared. But sooner or later, he will be found and be behind bars where he belongs.

It starts out after USI Tech took advantage of a lot of people from around the world and Alexander Elbanna claimed to be the savior in late 2017 early 2018 and starts a Crypto Camp for USI Tech members who got scammed in spring 2018.

In Summer 2018 Alexander Launched DigitalWorldExchange.com and starts giving USI tech-free coins by matching how much money you lost with USI Tech. He gave people up to 100 thousand coins for free.

The catch was that he created DWE blockchain that cost him a couple of thousands of dollars and allowed him to give a few free coins to the community but selling millions and millions of DWE Coins for Cash and for Crypto Currency like BTC, ETH, and LTC. I believe that he collected anywhere around $6 Million dollars from over 3500 investors, and promised us that DWE Coin would take over BTC and his project would be the only winner project in the crypto space so that people would invest in him. He also showed a lot of the community members his BTC wallet with 52 thousand BTC so that we can all trust him and allow him to brainwash us and take our money and our crypto acid.

Alexander created so many other coins to get more money from the community in addition to DWE, there was, DWG as a gold coin and another Silver coin. So many exchanges so that folks lost track of what has been going on. 

He also closed the exchange many times, while increasing the coin supply from 65 million DWE to 600 million coins called it BPC, and did a swap in 2019, while he had BPC, AND GAVE INVESTORS 1 DWE = 1 BPC for the swap and he kept the rest for himself that he sold to the community at another exchange called "Mercatox.com"

He took over $123 Thousand in cash from me and over $164 thousand in Crypto Like BTC, ETH, and LTC. Over $287 thousand. Included are all supporting document for all Cash and Crypto transaction that ends up going to his exchange DigitalWorldExchange.com, BoostedPro.com, and his wallet at mercatox.com (where he used to dump DWE and BPC for the community to buy from him)

He was not registered with the SEC to sell us those coins back then in 2018. He just registered DWE with the SEC in December of 2020 so that he can raise funds through an ICO and scam people for more money legally this time. I know some of the majority of coin holders who have copies of all the cash they wired him as well as BTC that he took from them in 2018, etc.

The problem with Alexander is that he spent all investors' hard work and retirement money in the past and in present for his personal lifestyle. Alex Elbanna and his project are a Fraud. He needs to refund the investors and should be stopped from scamping hard-working people in the USA AND AROUND THE WORLD.

Alexander Elbanna took advantage of a lot of people and has been selling them useless and unregistered coins with the SEC here in the USA since 2017. He took hard people earned and retirement money. We need to spread the word as much as we can to make life very miserable for Mr. Alex and to save future victims. We also need justice to be served as we live in the USA.
