All About Lawns, Inc New Wright Zero 73", 3 times I had possession, it died and would not run, all 3 times Sebring Florida
All about Lawns @ 605 FL-66, Sebring, FL 33875; 863-386-5111 (Troy, owner) sold me a 72" Wright Zero turn lawn mower and it was/is a Lemon. Troy pushed this product, I wanted a Toro. I purchase the new machine on about October 11th, and it has been in his possession sense November 2nd, 2021.
When the machine gets hot it shuts off. It has been back to his shop 3 times in 3 weeks, the first 2 times they said it was fixed and even the local Wright rep came out, went through the whole machine third and final time it still had an issue of shutting off.
I did call the corporate office and they blamed it on the engine manufacturer Briggs & Stratton and they were not willing to do anything. They said they would call local rep., and tract the mower, never done. They still have the issue on older machines according to Dallas (tech man at All about Lawns).
Dallas the Driver (tech man) told me about all the issues they have with my machine and older machines with the same problem.
