BEWARE BEWARE & nbsp;DO YOUR RESEARCH THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST LOOK UP THE MANAGER MICHAEL HILLIARD HE IS A FELON FOR FRAUD HE WAS INVOLVED IN A TELEMARKETING SCAMMING & nbsp;OVER 3 MILLION OFF PEOPLE FROM FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION 2019. HIS DAUGHTER BRITTANY IS THE NOTARY ON 80% OF HIS STUFF AND AZ LAW STATES YOU CANNOT BE THE NOTARY FOR FAMILY MEMBERS. MICHAEL PETER DEROSA IS ANOTHER NOTARY THEY USE BUT HE IS ANOTHER FELON BURGLARY FRAUD AND DRUGS.... A NOTARY REALLY.... They look for property that someone has died and did not have much family then they go strong arm anyone at the property and threaten you with everything under the sun as calling you all kinds of names as well. they are so professional if we are talking about the opposite.the worst part is they still can look themselfs in the mirror day after day!!!
