Anguiano executed painting services contract with Client on 2/1/2022 for start date: 2/2/2022, end date: 2/10/2022, with $250 deposit.
Anguiano did not show up for contracted services at specified hours, and would disappear and reappear citing constant "emergencies" in text messages to Client. In addition to failing to complete a fraction of job, Anguiano failed to:
1. Prep the job site (ruined Client's new flooring with paint dripping)
2. Vaccum/clean after sanding of wood trim & doors (despite knowledge of Client's allergies)
3. Complete oil based painting in scheduled morning timeframe (required Client to spend 2 nights in hotel at own expense).
4. Painted windows shut (requiring replacement at Client's expense)
Anguiano reports to be fully insured, but has failed to file approrpriate claim re. damages to Client's home due to grossly negligent actions.
