Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

When I went to Arizona community surgeons my bill  what's $369.00 And I've been paying this Bill off that I have with them since I went to their office and I've been paying it off since June 3rd 2019 $15.00 a month 14 payments which ='s $285.00 thus far and I've been making monthly payments and all I owe is $84.00 and they put it against my credit report that I owe them $197 which I do not owe? all I owe is $84.00 remaining. These people are too busy playing around on their cell phones and computers in their billing office and are destroying people and their credit.

If I would have said no comprende? they would have just dismiss the Bill, and I'm very upset because they are not posting my payments to my account and I have proof of every payment I have made and they will not take it off my credit report even though they made payment arrangements and they accepted it with me, and they said as long as I make payments as scheduled they would not put this into collections but then they sold it to a Bill collector Emerald collections another company that doesn't know up or down right or left with the billing system.

Arizona Community surgeon and Emerald collection service need to get their facts straight because they're ruining People's Credit that are doing the right thing as agreed. Both of these companies  are putting wrongful information on my credit report on a debt that I owed of $369.00 which I paid. $15.00 a month 14 payments that = $285 which equals a $84.00 ballance that I owe but they have $197.00 that I owe them on my credit report that they stated to me they would not put it against my credit report as long as I paid $15 a month until it was paid off.  I'm almost paid off. And they need to fix all of their mistakes and stop ruining my credit and fix it I'm getting in touch with an attorney and I'm going to sue them if this isn't fixed immediately. Account ending 9848

Both of these companies are corrupt and they Blackmail and threaten people and make them pay 3 times over and they still threaten you that they want more? How the Government and FBI allows these two companies to extort money from people that are paying their Bills is beyond me? They claim I didn't pay this Bill and made no attempt to paying this Bill? I've made over 30 attempts to settle this account and pay it off, but they told me (No they don't want me to pay it off) they want to continue to screw my credit report.

Every one of my Bills is paid on time and as agreed the only ones that are claiming I didn't pay? are these 2 criminal company Arizona community surgeons who tried to Blackmail me and then sold my Bill to a collection company and Emerald patient collections who is continuing to Blackmail and threaten me, Mafia Style with Loans sharking me and other people to pay their Bills 4 times and they threaten you they'll destroy your credit if you do not do as they demand. Here's my proof. This is a statement on all 3 of my credit reports.

PAYMENT STREAK 146 months in a row. Way to go! You've made all your payments for 146 straight months. Consistent on-time payments are critical to a healthy credit score. Consistent payments for 146 months Anybody else is having a problem with these 2 companies? Get in touch we are all filing a class-action lawsuit against these 2 criminal company's.

It is amazing how all of you thieves criminals that steal from sick people it is called the American Medical system. You are worse than the mafia loan sharking from the ill. You Highlight the sentences that you want to accept and don't read the whole fact. Go back to school and learn how to read the proper way. I dislike dumbasses and All the American medical system? (YouTube) It. in America it's been known to be a system that robs people just like you're doing. Everybody in America is stealing and it will be a blessing of a day when the Chinese and the Russians invade the biggest criminalized country in the world, (America) and puts all of you thieves out there stealing from sick people and places you criminals that robbed the sick and places you against the wall and eliminates you.

You are the worst scum out there. All you guys are is legalized criminals and thieves. I love the Muslims (they cut your hands off) when you steal. The oath of a doctor is: As they don their white coats for the first time, a new crop of medical students nationwide is taking an oath — but it may not be the one you think. The Hippocratic oath has been out of fashion for a while. It doesn’t actually say, "do no harm,” but it does pledge allegiance to mythical goddesses, among other things. In its place are modernized oaths, which combine the idea of "do no harm” with vows to remember both the human beings on the other end of the stethoscope and their social and financial well-being when treating them. All these doctors have done is try to destroy me because I couldn't pay them the full Bill at the time of service but if I said no comprende you would have dismissed the Bill. Doctors are Satan in the flesh the way they destroy a sick patients life.

All Around the World in Russia, Canada and even China, if you go to an emergency room and you have surgery? your Bill runs an average of $10,000 But in America? If you go to the emergency room for the less than 20 minutes and you get a $30,000 medical Bill? America's government needs to stop the medical business from loan sharking and robbing patients. https://youtu.be/iiApc83RmS8

Arizona community surgeons did a patient wrong.

It was explained to them how this patient had $214,000 in medical Bill's and could not pay everyone off at once and made payment arrangements in which they accepted. But the medical industry is worse than the mafia... They charge you more than 28% interest and screw you by throwing it out into the trash and putting your Bill into collections with some of them they accepted it then they turn around and stab the patient in the back by selling his Bill to a collection service when this person made payment arrangements until the bill was paid off and they accepted it he also called 16 * to pay it off with a credit card and they refused to accept the payment.

They said it's against your credit report and we Emeril Bill collections wants too continue to screw your credit rating as long as we possibly can and hung up the phone on him. Refusing to accept his payment to pay this debt off. This is a criminalized Bill collection agency that the government needs too shut them down. They are corrupt and they are ruining people. Nobody asks to have surgery? it's not expected and people don't grow money on trees and for this company the Blackmail and threaten people is unacceptable. ARIZONA COMMUNITY SURGEONS Original creditor Original debt owed $679.40 Debt sold too: EMERALD AR SYSTEMS Last reported Dec 14, 2020 $182 balance still owed.

It was also on 60 Minutes this past Sunday showing at the medical system are nothing more than gangster loans sharks that are charging astronomical rates for services that should not be more than $20,000 and they are charging $275,000? The government needs to get involved and Stop this criminalized medical system that is running rampant in America.

It is amazing how in just a few hours when confronted with your facts that don't add up, you come up with a new set of facts. But you still can't get the numbers right. When we add your new facts together we get a total payment of $425, not your $416. As your now 15 payments of $15 come to a total of $225, plus the $200 in other payments.

But one does have to ask if you have all of this money lying around to make bulk payments and hire an attorney, why would you basically "nickel and dime" this company with $15/month for over a year?

Well, when your attorney files suit I do hope you post the specific information here so that everyone can follow it. By the way, the BBB is NOT a Government organization and has zero legal power to do anything against the company, and the FBI has a lot better things to do.

I have the agreement which states as long as I pay $15 a month that Arizona community surgeons will not put my account into any collection and they lied. They did put it into collections and I've been making payments now for 15 months straight, and I made a $125 payment directly to the medical place and another $75 payment to the medical place and then this month you put down that I owe $197 on my credit report (which I do not owe) even the credit report is removing it because they see that I made above and beyond payments on what I owed you. And you actually owe me money now. which I do not owe $197.00.

On a $369 Bill that I originally owed. To this day I paid you $416 and the judge will see this. You owe me $50.00 I have proof of the payments which I have made. It is not proper that both of these businesses blackmail people and threaten them. I've handed all information over to my Attorney because I'm suing both parties for $295,000 for defamation of character and I'm tired of being blackmailed and threatened by both of these businesses.

Arizona has third world country medical system and they only blackmail and threaten their patients. I would have had better luck going to the mafia for my surgery. Both of these companies are criminalized businesses and the FBI and the. Better Business Bureau needs to shut them both down.

14 payments at $15/month is only $210 which gives you a "balance" of $159. You are NOT almost "paid off", you stil have at least a year of payments before you are paid off if you continue with the $15/month.

Do you have this payment agreement in writing? Did it include any sort of interest? Do you have proof of these payments?

As for getting an attorney, everyone knows that is a bluff. If you have money to get an attorney and file suit, you have money to pay off your debt without having to make payments.

You admit you owe the money, the only real dispute is about a $40 difference on your credit report.  However, if they are charging you interest(very likely) the amount on the Credit Report is probably correct.

Any attorney is going to charge you at least $200-$300 hundred dollars to just write a letter...which you could do for free.  If you want to sue even without an attorney you are looking at a couple hundred to file and serve them.  With an attorney you are looking at over $3,000. No honest attorney would even consider taking your case for this amount.

What you need to do is get something in writing that says as soon as you pay off the balance they will remove it from your credit report. You also need to get the payment terms in writing.

Honestly, if you are only able to pay $15/month the damage this is doing to your credit is probably the last thing you should be worrying about.  As this means you don't have any sort of credit card that can cover the original $369 bill, so this "bill" isn't the thing damaging your credit.
