Here are the issues my firm has experienced with Armor:
I stayed with this firm for over 6 years, didn't often need support, but when I did they just were lacking and often slow, enough to really tick me off at some points. Complaints to management did no good, while they did an initial outreach, that is where it ended.
Nobody seemed to care and perhaps it didn't fit in their long term growth model to provide the service, I don't know, but when an email is sent to leadnership and they don't care, then it perhaps means that service is not part of their long term strategy. I really don't recommend this firm, it was truly a struggle to work with them. Everyting I posted here are of course my opinons of this firm and what I feel I experienced with Armor.
