Res Ipsa Loquitor. The reviews here are spot on. They have a system set up to deflect the bad reviews by a reputation manager in an attempt to make them appear that they are human. They are not.
Their insured intentionally damaged my vehicle in full view of two witnesses. The minute you take your vehicle in for the first estimate the negative stories come out about the low quality of this organization. After getting “The treatment” from the “Fast track team” you really get the feel of what a low class operation this is. I contacted property damage attorneys and they were chompin’ at the bit to take the case on a contingency. Don’t get frustrated, it is what it is.
One thing you need to know: Georgia Code Title 33. Insurance § 33-4-7. There tactics are of an evil nature to wear you down and to frustrate you. If you let this happen you lose, they win. Just don’t give in. I contacted the news media, they love these kinds of stories. Phone: 404-325-4646
