I know exactly why I contacted the company. I specifically asked for a referral for a lawyer that specializes in suing social media platforms such as TikTok in my case. Their telephone line specifically stated that they call people back in 15 minutes which was a total Lie! I was very angry and offended by that Fake, Publicized Comment since what they had stated Never Happened! There was Never a Returned Phone Call! I did send them a bunch of emails to contact them because I did not know what email address was correct and their only telephone number that they have in which I did Leave a Non Threatening Message sadly Never Returned Any Of My Calls! Because of their Unprofessionalism and the Lues that they had posted on their telephone line, I decided to publish Negative Reviews on social media and it dows say in the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States that the United States American Citizens have the Legal Right Of Freedom Of Speech And Freedom Of Expression! They are supposedly in the Legal Business and should know the American Laws Of This Country! MOVING RIGHT ALONG: I Never threatened them with physical or bodily harm and by telling somebody that you're going to publish negative reviews on social media is Not a Threat and/or a Threat Of Harm as they have Falsely Stated in their Rebuttal! They need to also get their story straight because they Illegally Diagnosed Me With Mental Problems and they are Nor Even Licensed Doctors to even do so which is Illegal! They're also saying that they have some kind of audio on me, but I did Nothing Wrong! ...and Swearing like telling somebodt to f**k Off is Not against the Law, unless this Stupid, Illegitimate Company Just Rewrote The Country's Lawbooks! Moving Right Along: If they would have told me from the very beginning as a Supposedly Honest Company that they do Not have any lawyers to help me in the area of social media that I'm looking for then I would have respected that and I would have moved on a long time ago! Unfortunately, their Fake Ness and Unprofessionalism has led to something Very Nasty and Unnecessary! I have absolutely No Reason to contact them again since they admitted that they Can Not Help Me! Moving Right Along: I just want to let them know that the way that you treated me was Extremely Unfair and you Suffer from Poor Business Practices and Ethics! FINAL THOUGHTS: i Believe One (1) Of The Reasons that they're Very Angry at me and Falsely Threatened Me With A Lawsuit On Social Media which I will use as Evidence Against Them For Malicious Prosecution and/or Extortion In Court if it should go that direction is because I told them that I am also Reporting them to the California State Bar to have their Company Removed from their Referral List because of their Lies On Their Phone Line as I had explained previously whereby they are announcing that they Return Phone Calls In 15 Minutes! I have Absolutely No Reason To Lue About That and I was being Perfectly Honest! NOW, This Malicious Company just Threatened Ne In Social Media With A Lawsuit And Illegally Misdiagnosed Me With A Mental Disorder! I will Definitely pass in their latest Rebuttal and Threat To Take Me To Court For Publishing, Honest Negative Reviews back to the Director Of The California State Bar for further action! Mr. Howard Shore contacted us expressing his need for a "TikTok attorney”. This isn’t an area we specialize in nor do we claim that we support social media disputes on our website. Subsequently, he sent an email that contained obscene and foul language that included threats of taking immediate negative actions, such as posting unfavorable reviews on various social media platforms. (Enclosed) Despite the confrontational tone, we made an effort to reach out to Mr. Shore via email to better understand his legal concerns and provide appropriate guidance. Regrettably, his response to our attempt at communication included further offensive language and rudeness. (Enclosed) Given Mr. Shore's unreasonable and confrontational behavior, it has become clear that further attempts at communication may not yield productive results. His actions have been aggressive, and he has made it challenging to communicate effectively. We believe it is best to cease any further contact with Mr. Shore in light of his conduct which raises concern about his state of mind. We are compiling all relevant evidence, including audio recordings of offensive messages and threatening emails, which will be utilized in legal proceedings should further interactions occur.
