Austin Tennis Academy fraud Austin Texas
The company agreed to work with a charity that helps sick children on a tennis tournament. They were to give a portion of the proceeds to the charity after it concluded. The money was going to be utilized to help with education and medical funding for sick kids.
After the conclusion of the tournament that they sold out on they refused to help the charity and because of that a sick child could get recieve a surgery that would have enabled him to live as healthy child that could begin to play tennis with their organization.
